The Grand is the Healthy Living Centre in Gravesend. This centre delivers the same targets as the Dartford Healthy Living Centre.

North West Kent partners, the Grand and the Healthy Living Centre Dartford work together on a number of projects.

Fusion Healthy Living Centre, Park Wood, Maidstone

Fusion is the Healthy Living Centre in Maidstone, formerly Park Wood Plus and is based on the Park Wood estate. 

As a registered charity, the centre is based around a community café and delivers to the same targets as the Dartford Healthy Living Centre.
