Our Project focus within six main areas

Healthy Weight

Maintaining a healthy weight brings a range of health benefits. As well as making us feel better, it also means that we are less likely to develop not only cancer, but also other chronic diseases such as Type 2 diabetes and heart disease.  weightmanagement@hlcdartford.co.uk

Stop Smoking

Trends show that although the proportion of people smoking is decreasing, just under a quarter of adults in England are still regular smokers and hospital admissions relating to smoking are increasing every year.
